Postal Service "lockbox" no later than 30 days after your company receives the stamps.
"Can I charge our company's customers a separate transaction fee, if we sell the stamps in our company's ATM machines?" Yes, you may charge your company's customers a separate transaction fee if you sell the stamps in your company's ATM machines. See your ATM Stamp Agreement.
